For those of you coming from out of town, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza in Cromwell, CT with special rates when you mention the Tehan-Carragan Wedding Room Block.

Rates quoted are subject to occupancy tax which currently is 12%.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Guests may call the Crowne Plaza Cromwell at 860-635-2000 or at 800-308-4589. Guests must identify their affiliation with the Tehan-Carragan Wedding Room Block in order to receive the special wedding rates. All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit.

BILLING PROCEDURES

Guests are responsible for payment of all of their room, tax, and incidental charges.

GUESTROOM RELEASE DATE

All guest accommodations will be held until Tuesday, August 2, 2011 or until the group room block has been consumed, whichever comes first. All unreserved rooms will be released to the hotel for general sale. Additional reservations will be accepted thereafter on a space available basis.

CHECK – IN AND CHECK – OUT TIME

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 12:00 noon.
